HIGH DURABILITY REINFORCEMENT AND REPAIR STUFF FOR RECOVERING DETERIORATE IN CONCRETE WITH RECYCLING LCD GLASS

PURPOSE: A high durability reinforcing and repairing material for the cross section of concrete based on recycled waste liquid crystal display glass is provided to prevent the generation of cracks based on waste liquid crystal display glass which is non-active to alkaline aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A high durability reinforcing and repairing material for the cross section of concrete is composed of 10-40weight% of cement, 5-20weight% of calcium sulfo-aluminate clinker or silikal R17, 20 weight% of waste liquid crystal display glass fine powder, 0.1-0.5 weight% of a melamine-based superplasticizer, 0.02-0.2 weight% of fiber, 0.5-5 weight% of acrylic solid powder, 14-18 weight% of water, and silica. The reinforcing and repairing material further includes 1-3 weight% of mixture. The mixture is composed of 70-80 weight% of xylene and 20-30 weight% of a polyolefin resin.
