<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a communication method, and a communication program, capable of changing resolution of image data for transmission, by a method in accordance with a fluctuation amount of available band of a network. <P>SOLUTION: When a width of fluctuation of band is small (S34:YES), only a resolution of image data generated by an image generating part 2 (camera 33) is changed (S35). If the width of fluctuation of band is large (S34:NO, S37:NO), the resolution of the image data generated by a conversion image generating part 5 is changed (S39). When the width of fluctuation of the band is large (S34:NO) and the width of fluctuation of the band satisfies a predetermined condition ((band average+a)>br(i))(S37:YES), the resolution of the image data generated by the image generating part 2 (camera 33) is changed (S38), and the resolution of the image data generated by the conversion image generating part 5 is changed (S39). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
