<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variations in writing times of TFT elements of pixels arranged in the extending direction of a gate line in a liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: A display device comprises: a display panel on which a plurality of gate lines and drain wires are arranged in matrix; and a data driver that outputs a data signal to each drain wire. The data driver comprises: an internal control signal generation circuit that divides the plurality of drain wires into a plurality of blocks and generates an internal control signal for setting, for each block, a timing of outputting a data signal to the drain wire of each block; and a register circuit that stores a setting for division of the blocks, setting for a delay direction and delay width for a timing of outputting the data signal, and setting for rising and falling of the internal control signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
