<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label capable of reducing the impact of penetration of a pressure sensitive adhesive into a sheet base material, while keeping the fixability of the pressure sensitive adhesive onto the sheet base material, in a structure that the pressure sensitive adhesive is coated on one surface of the sheet base material. <P>SOLUTION: By coating the entire area of one surface of a sheet base material 10 with a film forming resin in a dotted pattern, a filling layer 40 is laminated on the surface.
