<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controller capable of preventing a fast-blow fuse from being melted and to provide a method for controlling temperature of a heater using the temperature controller. <P>SOLUTION: An operation command signal for temperature control is sent to a thyristor 120 to be used for driving a heater 130 and including no current restriction function, a current allowed to flow into a secondary side electric circuit of a rheotrope provided on a primary side current circuit for connecting the heater to the thyristor is input as a feedback to the temperature controller through a current transformer, and when a current allowed to flow into the primary side electric circuit becomes a current capable of melting a fast-blow fuse included in the thyristor 120, a current corresponding to the current and allowed to flow into the secondary side electric circuit of the rheotrope is fed back to the temperature controller through the current transformer 160, to change the operation command signal for temperature control which is to be sent to the thyristor 120, so as to prevent the fast-blow fuse to be melted by the current allowed to flow into the primary side electric circuit don't. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
