DELAMINATED PACKAGE TYPE INFLATABLE PRODUCT WITH HIGH INTENSITY AND COMPRESSION RESISTANCE

A delaminated package type inflatable product with high intensity and compression resistance comprises an air chamber (3) with an air nozzle (11) and a reinforcing and shaping web (4) wrapping the outer part of the air chamber (3) filled with air. The external diameter of the air chamber (3) is larger than the inside diameter of the reinforcing and shaping web (4). The air chamber (3) and the reinforcing and shaping web (4) wrapping the outer part of the air chamber (3) are structurally independent of each other. The function of the air chamber (3) is merely to support the reinforcing and shaping web (4) after the air chamber (3) is air-filled. The inflatable product is convenient for maintenance and renewal. The air chamber (3) to be renewed is taken out from the reinforcing and shaping web (4) only when needed, and then put a new air chamber (3) in. If the air chamber (3) is made up of a combination of an inner tube and a tyre casing, the inner tube in disrepair can be separately replaced, thus reducing the cost of the manufacture and maintenance of inflatable products.
