The fastening unit has a nose (7) by which a roller bearing (1) is held on a component (6) in an axial direction. The nose is arranged on the inner edge (13) of bearing disks (4) and is formed radially inward. Another nose (9) is provided for fastening the roller bearing on another component (10). One of the components has a groove (8), particularly annular groove for engaging the noses. The noses are formed as spring elements.
