PURPOSE: A wireless remote synchronization apparatus between a simulated target signal generator and radar and a method thereof are provided to be easily moved and arranged without a wired data network since being wirelessly synchronized in remote. CONSTITUTION: A linked communications module(110) receives a timing signal or a pulse repetition frequency, a synchronizing signal, and a frequency signal from a radar controller(100) and queues. A simulated target generating command is sensed in the operation controller of a simulated target signal generating apparatus. A pulse signal and a frequency signal are modulated with a frequency and a pulse and wirelessly transmitted to a remote communications module(111) through an antenna. The remote communications module modulates the timing signal and the frequency signal, which are received through the antenna, with the frequency and the pulse. The timing signal and the frequency signal which are the same as that of test radar through time delay are generated and are sent to the simulated target signal generating apparatus(120).
