<p>PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device with a touch screen and method for manufacturing method of the same are provided to prevent a metal wire which supplies a driving signal to a sensing/driving electrode for detecting a touch from corrosion. CONSTITUTION: A first and second protection layer(154,155) is orderly formed on a gate electrode(171) and a source/drain electrode(172) which is mutually exchanged on the lower substrate(150) of a liquid crystal panel. A common electrode(156) is formed on a transparent conductive material such as ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) in one part of the second protection layer.</p> |
