WARM WHITE LIGHT EMITTING APPARATUS AND BACK LIGHT MODULE COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A worm white illuminating device and a back-light module including the same are provided to reduce a flickering phenomenon using a DC LED which creates CRI adjustment light. CONSTITUTION: Light has 250~470nm peak wavelength range which is created from an LED. Basic light is wavelength-converted by a first fluorescent substance(114). CRI(Color Rendering Index) adjustment light is wavelength-converted by a second fluorescent substance(124). The first fluorescent substance is included in an encapsulating material which is located in the upper part than the second fluorescent substance. The CRI adjustment light is emitted after passing through the second fluorescent substance.
