MANUFACTURING METHOD OF EXCIPIENT FOR IMPROVING EFFICIENCY WITH CARBON NANO COLLOID

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an additive for improving the efficiency of carbon nano-colloid is provided to improve the efficiency of the carbon nano-colloid by increasing the heat resistance characteristic and the dispersibility of the carbon nano-colloid. CONSTITUTION: A raw material is pulverized into a nano-size(S101). The pulverized material is treated with metal salt(S103). Ultrasound wave is irradiated to the treated material for 20-40 minutes(S105). The raw material is graphite. The pulverizing process is implemented based on one selected from a group including an automatic induction pulverizing process, an ultrasound wave pulverizing process, and an air bubble pulverizing process. The metal salt includes sodium carbonate and sodium chloride. In the ultrasound wave irradiating process, the frequency of the ultrasound wave is more than 20kHz.
