PURPOSE: A shopping cart is provided to allow a shopper to shop without concern by employing a storage box with a locking device. CONSTITUTION: A shopping cart(1) comprises a movable part(2), a loading part(3), and a handle part(4). A storage box(20), which has a locking device(30), is installed inside or outside of the loading part. The locking device comprises a lock and a key.
