u The tool is hung in a frame via two suspension arms which are pivotally connected to the frame via a cross-direction shaft. The arms can be pivoted between a first end position representing a stop position, and a second end position. The center of gravity for the combination of the tool and frame is located in front of the shaft. When the frame is swung from a lowered position in which the support wheel at the front end of the arms is in contact with the ground into a raised position, due to the weight of the tool/frame combination, the arms swing from the first position into the second position so that the rear section of the tool is raised. Swinging the frame from the lowered position towards the raised position causes the arms to reach the second position before the frame reaches the raised position and any further swinging of the frame in the upward direction will raise the wheel clear from the ground.
