PURPOSE: A displacement control valve of a variable displacement compressor is provided to prevent an operating delay by smoothly discharging liquid coolant evaporated from a crank case in the initial driving of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A displacement control valve of a variable displacement compressor comprises a valve housing(110), a valve body(120), a solenoid(130), a sleeve(140), a bleed valve(150), a cap, and a relief valve(190). The valve housing has a crank-case connection hole(111), a discharge chamber connection hole(112), and a suction chamber connection hole(113) which receive pressure from a crank case, a discharge chamber, and a suction chamber of a compressor, respectively. The valve housing has a first guide hole(117) which crosses the discharge chamber connection hole and the crank case connection hole. The valve body opens and closes the first guide hole while moving back and forth. The solenoid reciprocates the valve body. The sleeve connects the solenoid and the valve body. The bleed valve connects the crank case and the suction chamber by the movement of the sleeve. The cap opens and closes the bleed valve by the movement of the valve body. The relief valve is opened to connect the crank case and the suction chamber when the bleed valve is opened and the pressure of the crank case is over the set value. |
