PURPOSE: An optical repeater and wired/wireless communication system using the same are provided to configure a network through an optical distribution coupling device. CONSTITUTION: A main unit(21) is combined with a remote controller in a multi-point type combination. The main unit transmits an optical signal to a base station. A plurality of remote controllers performs wireless communication with a communication terminal. One or more remote controllers are combined with distribution/combination units.
