The display has an adder adding negative and positive input values (10, 11) and outputting a total value (12) of the input values. A scale having native values, zero value and positive values is arranged on a rotary disk (3). A reading mark (2) marks a value read by the disk, and a drive rotatably drives the disk. A controller rotates the disk by using the drive until the total value is marked on the scale by the reading mark. The input values indicate consumed electric power and generated electric power respectively, and the total value indicates electrical power balance.
