<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of reducing the data amount of images while keeping the image quality of a characteristic object high. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor includes: a characteristic area detection part for detecting a characteristic area from a plurality of moving image constituting images included in moving images; an including area specifying part for specifying an including area including the plurality of characteristic areas in each of the plurality of moving image constituting images; a value fixing part for turning the pixel value of an area other than the including area in each of the plurality of moving image constituting images into a fixed value; and an encoding part for encoding the plurality of moving image constituting images turned to the fixed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
