PURPOSE: A closed bucket device for fishing ground purification and dredging is provided to block suspended sediment produced in dredging of a river. CONSTITUTION: A closed bucket device for fishing ground purification and dredging comprises a packing, a packing support, a support fixing pin, a horizontal slot(340), a moving piece(350), a hinge pin, and an extension spring. The packing slides to be inserted into a second bucket body(200) or projected from the second bucket body and extended to a first bucket body(100). The support fixing pin is coupled to the packing support by sliding and freely rotates the packing support when the packing support moves in the horizontal direction. The horizontal slot is formed in the second bucket body in the horizontal direction. The moving piece horizontally moves along the horizontal slot when the first bucket body and the second bucket body mesh with each other. The hinge pin transfers the packing towards the first bucket body.
