PURPOSE: A communications terminal and an antenna apparatus are provided to improve the radiation efficiency of a communications terminal by controlling current abandonment from an antenna device to receiving part. CONSTITUTION: A circuit board(140) is arranged in the internal space of a lower main body. An antenna device(160) is arranged in a main body and is electrically connected to the circuit board. A metal case(170) is fixed in and coupled with the peripheral area of the main body. The metal case includes an antenna pattern(175) which is extended to the inside of the main body. The metal case includes a metal frame(171) which is connected to the antenna pattern in the both sides of a gap(143).
