PURPOSE: An inkjet print head and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent physical damage to a nozzle by opening the nozzle through etching. CONSTITUTION: An inkjet print head comprises an ink-jet substrate formed with an ink channel, a cut part(40) which is formed outside the ink channel in the ink-jet substrate and formed with a cut surface by head chip separation of the ink-jet substrate, and a cutting assistant part(42) which is formed on the inner side in the width direction of the ink-jet substrate on one side of the cut part and helps the head chip separation of the ink-jet substrate.
