PURPOSE: A bicycle with a heater function is provided to mount a heater function in a bicycle handle, thereby preventing hands from feeling cold. CONSTITUTION: A light concentrating device is installed between bicycle handles. A light concentrating device obtains solar energy. A small electricity generator is attached to a device for absorbing an impact of a wheel. The small electricity generator can replace with the light concentrating device.
