PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to expand fluid circulating path since an area with a porous member is formed on the fluid circulating path. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a first pipe(200), a second pipe(300), and a porous member. A first fluid circulating path is formed in the first pipe. The circulating path of second fluid heat-exchanging with the first fluid is formed in the second pipe. The porous member is provided on at least one of the first and second fluid circulating paths.
