The air conditioner (1A) has an outside-air introduction route (5) for allowing air sucked from outdoors and supplied indoors to pass therethrough, an inside air discharge route (4) for allowing air sucked from indoors and discharged outdoors to pass therethrough, a heat exchange element (3A) for performing heat exchange between air passing through a first flow passage (30a) and a second flow passage (30b) that are separated from each other, a heat pump air conditioner (2A) for air conditioning, and a heat exchange route (55c) for allowing the first flow passage (30a) of the heat exchange element (30) to communicate with the second flow passage (30b) via the heat pump air conditioner (2A) and introducing the air cooled by the heat exchange into the heat pump air conditioner (2A). |
