PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing monodispersed cross-linked particles is provided to enable the control of the size and monodispersion of particles and to obtain polymer particles having high solvent resistance and high thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing monodispersed cross-linked particles comprises the steps of: preparing a reaction solvent by injecting a dispersion stabilizer into a solvent; preparing a monomer solution by adding a chain transfer agent, a cross-linking agent and an initiator to a radically polymerizable monomer; and mixing the reaction solvent and the monomer solution, and heating and stirring the mixture for polymerization.
