PURPOSE: A camera control unit, controller, camera controlling method, and camera remote controlling method are provided to perform designate a desired domain through the operation of a client terminal. CONSTITUTION: An image processing unit(104) captures an image in order to control a cut part of the image. An interface controller receives a control right request. The interface controller gives a control right. The interface controller receives a designated request for setting up the cut part of the image.
