<p>The device has an identical component (1a) secured to a ceiling (4), and another identical component (1b) freely hung under the gravity effect. The components are fixed to a connecting line (2) by a fixing unit i.e. slot, that enable positions of the components and the line, and the movement of one of the components toward the other. The shape of the latter component is provided such that the latter component is introduced into a central sleeve (8) of rolls (3) in one position to stack the rolls in the form of a column, and is in a retaining position of the rolls in the other position.</p> |
