PURPOSE: A food waste collection management system and method are provided to allow a client to directly check the discharge amount of food waste and calculated charge. CONSTITUTION: A food waste collection management system comprises a collection container(10) in which an identification code(100) including client information is attached, a charge calculation unit(20) which is installed in a waste collection vehicle, reads the identification code of the collection container to recognize client information, and calculates a charge by measuring the weight of food waste contained in the collection container, a management server(30) which generates an identification code including the client information and assigns the calculated charge to the client using the client information and the charge information, and a client terminal(40) which is connected to the management server through a network to check charge information in real time. |
