PURPOSE: A producing method of functional watery plain kimchi using medical herbs is provided to offer an activation effect of the oxygen-resistant suppression and a prevention effect of degenerative disease. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional watery plain kimchi using medical herbs comprises a step of pouring functional kimchi stock to kimchi including salted Chinese cabbage and watery plain kimchi seasonings. The functional kimchi stock contains 12-13.3wt% of medical herb concentrate, 2.4-4.4wt% of pear juice, 2.4-4.4wt% of radish juice, and 7.3-7.8wt% of sea tangle extract for 70.1-75.0wt% of kimchi. The medical herb concentrate is obtained from poria cocos, polygala tenuifolia, polygala tenuifolia, and glycyrrhizae radix. |
