PURPOSE: A battery regeneration device is provided to restore the function of waste batteries to an original state and to prolong the lifetime of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A battery regeneration device(200) comprises: an SMPS(201) supplying direct current voltage; a high pressure pulse generator(202); a voltage/current measure circuit unit(203) which measures current when high voltage pulse flows in a battery(210); a switch unit(204) which connects or blocks the battery to the high pressure pulse generator or load resistance; a polarity test circuit unit(205) detecting the polarity of the battery; a load resistance(206) for deciding the abnormality of the battery; a current restriction circuit unit(207) adjusting the output current from the SMPS; a CPU(208) transmitting control signals; and a display unit(209) which displays the operation of the device, the abnormality of a battery, and the test result through load resistance. |
