#CMT# #/CMT# The machine has machine bed (2) i.e. cast iron bed, comprising two bearing surfaces (2.1, 2.2) for bearing a linear motor and a work piece spindle. A chipping space (2.3) is provided between the bearing surfaces, and partially limited by the machine bed. The linear motor is supported at one of the surfaces (2.1) and the work piece spindle is supported on another surface (2.2) in relation to the chipping space opposite to the linear motor. The bed exhibits maximum mass, which lies between 100 kg and 500 kg, between 150 kg and 300 kg and between 170 kg and 200 kg or 180 kg. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Rotary-and milling machine for producing non rotational symmetric surfaces of plastic spectacle lenses. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The bed exhibits maximum mass, which lies between 100 kg and 500 kg, between 150 kg and 300 kg and between 170 kg and 200 kg or 180 kg, thus designing the machine in a compact and rigid manner, and achieving improved handling both in terms of transport and structural logistics as well as in terms of manipulation, during operation. The non rotational symmetric surfaces of plastic spectacle lenses are thus produced with improved quality. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a rear perspective view of a rotary-and milling machine. 2 : Machine bed 2.1, 2.2 : Bearing surfaces 2.3 : Chipping space 2.5 : Discharge opening 2.53 : Channel wall.
|
