The device (100) has magnetic sensors (6) arranged with respect to a longitudinal revolution axis (Z) and arranged opposite to a ring magnet (9) with detection distance (H1), where pivoting of a control lever (2) in a direction reduces the distance, so that the sensors detect change in magnetic flux of the magnet related to movement of the lever. The lever comprises a magnet (8) with reversed axial magnetization with respect to axial magnetization of the ring magnet and positioned at center of the ring magnet, so that magnetic flux between the magnets is maximum.
