PURPOSE: A mixing device with a discharging unit of a movable arrangement plant for manufacturing quick-hardening concrete is provided to simultaneously operate first and second cylinders to open a discharging hole, thereby smoothly discharging quick-hardening concrete. CONSTITUTION: A mixing unit(410) includes a mixing tank(411). A mixing unit includes a pan mixer. The pan mixer mixes materials stored in the mixing tank. A discharging unit(420) is mounted on the outer circumference of the mixing unit. The mixing unit discharges mixed quick-hardening concrete to the outside. A discharging member opens a discharging hole. A rotation guide member(421b) guides the opening and closing of a discharging chute(421c). A first cylinder(423) rotates the discharging chute. A second cylinder(424) is mounted on the end of a rotation guide plate and the outer circumference of the mixing unit. A controller controls operations of the first and second cylinders.
