PURPOSE: A lighting and air conditioning system is provided to increase the convenience of a user indoors by connecting a lighting device to an air conditioning system. CONSTITUTION: A lighting and air conditioning system includes one or more indoor device(11-19), a lighting device, a smart meter, and an energy managing device(30). The smart meter receives information about variable electric charges peak time. The energy managing device two-way communicates with the smart meter and controls the indoor device and the lighting device based on the electric charges peak time. The lighting and air conditioning system is installed at an air conditioning area. A heat sensor obtains heat information about the air conditioning area or one or more heat sources within an air conditioning space.
