<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a real time connection between terminals maintaining mobility of a mobile terminal device and communication security according to a request level at an emergency time in an IP network system. <P>SOLUTION: In a gate inside of a local area of the IP network, a monitoring unit 152 monitors either a packet transmitted to a home agent (HA) of a mobile node (MN) from the MN which is in the same local area; and has a different local area as the home area, and a packet transmitted to home address of the MN. A detection unit 151 detects disconnection of the connection with the HA. An emergency control unit 153 performs emergency control for establishing a connection between the MN and a correspondence node independently from the HA, when disconnection of the connection is detected by the monitoring unit 151 and either of the above mentioned packets is detected by the monitoring unit 152. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
