PURPOSE: Snacks including lycium chinense, and producing method thereof are provided to offer various useful components contained in the lycium chinense to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of snacks including lycium chinense comprises the following steps: washing the lycium chinense, peanut, black sesame, and glutinous rice, and roasting the grains at 150-200 deg C for 30 minutes; crushing the lycium chinense, the peanut, the glutinous rice, and lentinus edodes; mixing 20wt% of lycium chinense, 20wt% of black sesame, 20wt% of glutinous rice, 20wt% of starch, 10wt% of lentinus edodes, and 10wt% of sugar to obtain a mixture; adding water into the mixture to obtain dough; molding the dough into a crumble shape, a pellet shape, or a pill shape; and coating the molded dough with the crushed peanut before baking. |
