PURPOSE: A water permeable block frame for pavement and sidewalk and a roadway paving method using the same are provided to keep the location of the block in center by forming a space, filled with grass and pebble, in the circumference of the permeable block. CONSTITUTION: A water permeable block frame for pavement and sidewalk comprises a base plate(10) and a block support(20). The base plate is composed of a bottom part(11) and a plurality of sidewalls. The bottom part is supported on the bottom surface of the first and second permeable blocks(1,2). The block support is located between side walls of the base plate and separated to be filled with grass and pebble. A support wall(21) supporting the first and second permeable blocks is formed on the block support. |
