PURPOSE: An advertisement monitoring apparatus based on content ID, method thereof, and system thereof are provided to efficiently monitor advertisement exposed through online through a UCI(Universal Content Identifier). CONSTITUTION: A detection unit(150) detects monitoring target advertisement from digital content. An extraction unit(110) extracts the UCI from the digital content. A search unit(120) searches for the UCI related to the advertisement. A conversion request unit(130) requests the conversion of the content identifier about interlinked digital content. |
