PURPOSE: A screw sorting device is provided to consecutively supply screws by arranging the screws through a hopper, a bowl feeder, and a linear feeder. CONSTITUTION: A screw sorting device comprises a hopper(10), a bowl feeder(100), a linear feeder(150), and a screw sorter(200). The hopper comprises an input unit(11), a screw supply unit(13), and a vibrator. The screw supply unit supplies screws fallen from the input unit to the bowl feeder. The vibrator transfer vibration to the screw supply unit. The bowl feeder comprises a bowl body and first and second track units. Parts of the screws supplied through the first track unit are removed, and the second track unit aligns and supplies the other screws. The linear feeder transfers the aligned screws in a line and successively supplies the screws. The screw sorter comprises a screw transfer unit, a photographing unit, an image analyzing unit, and a screw collection unit. The photographing unit photographs the screws transferred to a discharge position. The screw collection unit divides the screws into good quality screws and faulty screws. |
