PURPOSE: A snow removing device using a hot water device is provided to be used in a road and to remove snow by spraying hot water. CONSTITUTION: A snow removing device using a hot water device comprises a vehicle(10) and a hot water device. The hot water device comprises a raw water storage tank(20), a heater(30), a boiler(40), a hot water reservoir(50), and a sprinkling part. The raw water storage tank is installed on the loader of the vehicle and saves the raw water to be used to remove snow. The heater preheats the water within the raw water storage tank. The boiler heats the water, preheated by the raw water storage tank, to a fixed temperature. The sprinkling part sprays water to the snow on a road.
