PURPOSE: A dental screw and a dental driver are provided to make a driver rotated while the driver is completely inserted into a fastening groove of a screw. CONSTITUTION: A dental screw comprises: a head unit(10) in which a fastening groove is formed to deliver the torque of a driver; a screw part in which screw thread is formed in the longitudinal direction; and a fixing groove(14) which is formed in the head unit and prevents the separation of the driver. The head unit is formed in a tapered shape that the diameter thereof diminishes from the upper end.
