PURPOSE: A producing method of high quality naphthenic base oil and heavy lubricating base oil at the same time is provided to control the production rate and the class of the produced lubricating base oil. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of high quality naphthenic base oil and heavy lubricating base oil at the same time comprises the following steps: separating light weight cycle oil and slurry oil from oil produced from a fluidized bed catalyst reaction process of atmospheric residue oil; separating de-asphalting oil from oil produced from a solvent de-asphalting process of decompress residue oil or a mixture including the atmospheric residue oil and the decompress residue oil; hydrogenating the light weight cycle oil and slurry oil, and the de-asphalting oil successively or at the same time under the presence of a hydrogenating catalyst; catalytic de-waxing the hydrogenated oil under the presence of a de-waxing catalyst; and hydrogenate-finishing the de-waxed oil.
