PURPOSE: An environment-friendly functional plaster material, using natural yellow soil, and a plastering method using the same are provided to make healthy residential environment by improving anti-frosting function and a insulation function. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly functional plaster material comprises natural yellow soil of 20~40 volume%, silica aerogel of 50~70 volume%, vegetable reinforcing fiber of 1~2 volume%, and liquid adhesive of 5~10 volume%. The liquid adhesive includes gelatin. The environment-friendly functional plaster material using natural yellow soil is mixed in room temperature for 5~10 minutes. The environment-friendly functional plaster material using the natural yellow soil is spread on a base and a plastering layer. Yellow soil paste is made from yellow soil 90~95 volume% and liquid adhesive 5~10 volume% in order to form a bonding layer. The bonding layer is dried.
