PURPOSE: A flat panel display apparatus and an operation method thereof are provided to change a gamma correction method, thereby reducing the capacity of a memory. CONSTITUTION: A scanning operation part(120) applies a scanning signal through a plurality of scanning lines. The scanning operation part successively applies the scanning signal to a plurality of scanning lines which is electrically connected to a pixel part. A data operation part(110) applies a data signal through a plurality of data lines. The pixel part includes a first pixel row to third pixel row. A light emitting control signal operation part(130) successively applies a light emitting control signal in a plurality of light emitting control lines electrically connected to the pixel part. |
