INHIBITOR OF TOLAASIN CAUSING BACTERIAL BROWN BLOTCH OF MUSHROOM

PURPOSE: A tolaasin inhibitor containing sorbitololeic acid is provided to prevent frequency attack of bacterial brown blotch due to P. tolassii and to enhance mushroom cultivation. CONSTITUTION: A tolaasin inhibitor contains sorbitololeic acid as an active ingredient. A composition for preventing and treating bacterial blotch of mushroom contains sorbitololeic acid as an active ingredient. A method for screening a tolaasin inhibitor comprises: a step of searching a material binding with tolaasin in silico doking in a low molecular compound library; a step of measuring bind degree of the material and tolaasin by in vitro nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy; and a step of measuring the binding suppression by in vitro hemolytic activity.
