The cooling head has isolation units of connecting lines (13,14), which are formed from a vacuum isolation (17). A vacuum chamber (16) and the vacuum isolation are directly stood in connection with each other. The vacuum chamber and the vacuum isolation are connected with a common source of lower pressure. The connecting lines are made of the vacuum isolation at an end opposite to the cooling head. An independent claim is also included for a cooling device provided with a refrigerating unit. |
