PURPOSE: A pipe expanding tool which can expand a pipe is provided to prevent the rotation of an expanding target pipe by compressing a roller to the inner peripheral surface of the target pipe. CONSTITUTION: A pipe expanding tool which can expand a pipe comprises an expander frame(30), a mandrel(40) and an anti-rotation tool(50). The expander frame supports multiple rollers(20) on a concentric circle to rotate. The expander frame is inserted into a tubular target member to rotate. A mandrel is inserted in the expander frame to slide and rotate. The mandrel forms a tapered portion on the outer circumference. The anti-rotation tool comprises a collar member and a jaw.
