PURPOSE: A prefabricated panel system for fire prevention and a fire extinguishing cap are provided to reduce damage to human life and properties by suppressing fire in an early state. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated panel system for fire prevention is constituted as follows. In the prefabricated panel system, filling materials(11) are filled between exterior materials made of steel plate, an insertion unit(12) is formed in one side thereof and a protrusion unit(13) is formed in the other side thereof. A fire extinguishing cap(20) is installed between the insertion unit and protrusion unit of the prefabricated panel and intercepts flame when a fire occurs. Water is supplied to a water path(30) when a fire occurs.
