PURPOSE: A method for text message sensing process method is provided to reduce necessary waiting time to the transmission of a text message. CONSTITUTION: A client module receives basic information from a terminal. The client module transmits the received basic information to a center server(S9). The center server transmits received information to a server module through the internet(S10). The server module transmits basic information to the ID of a mobile communication company.
