<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible both the accuracy improvement of the characteristic inspection of a tuning fork type vibration component and the improvement of inspection efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In this characteristic inspection device 1 for inspecting a vibration characteristic of the tuning fork type vibration component having a vibrator of tuning fork structure for oscillating mechanically, a rotary table 10 is rotated by a driving motor, and a plurality of holding units 20 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotary table 10, to thereby hold the tuning fork type vibration component, and each oscillating circuit 30 is provided on the rotary table 10 corresponding to each holding unit 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
