<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device equipped with a scanning drive circuit capable of setting easily a pulse width of a display control line. <P>SOLUTION: The scanning drive circuit is constituted of a shift register part for shifting sequentially an input start pulse, to output an output signal from each stage, and a logic circuit part operated based on the output signal from the shift register part and an enable signal; a start period of the start pulse in the output signal ST<SB>p+1</SB>of the shift register in the (p+1)-th stage is positioned between a start period and an end period of the start pulse in the output signal ST<SB>p</SB>of the shift register in the p-th stage; one of the first enable signal to the Q-th enable signal each exist sequentially between the start period of the start pulse in the output signal ST<SB>p</SB>and the start period of the start pulse in the output signal ST<SB>p+1</SB>. The (p', q)-th negative AND circuit generates a scanning signal, based on the output signal ST<SB>p</SB>, a signal inverted with an output signal ST<SB>p'+1</SB>, and the q-th enable signal EN<SB>q</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
